prepaid process without scanning at Dwayne's??

Hello! Is it true that if I want to get my prepaid process Kodachrome slides scanned at Dwayne's I have to pay both for scanning and the process??

The title of your post asks the opposite question to the one in your message body. Do you want to just get the film processed without any scans? No problem, that's what Dwayne's normally does. And you won't pay for scanning unless you ask for it.

Do you want scans without processing? (such as you asked in the message body). Well, you sure can't scan an image that hasn't been processed yet.

I have prepaid process slides and I want to scan them also at Dwayne's after process is being done.

This is what I got from Dwayne's today:

"The prepaid Europe film has to go back through the lab in Switzerland. The scanning service is not available this way. We have to bill Kodak for the prepaid processing and our agreement with them does not include shipping with CD's."
