Dates of Last Kodachrome Production Runs

As I disclosed in a recent post here, I am on the lookout for several items of Kodachrome memorabilia. To wit: I am looking for a roll of each of the last production runs of PKM, KPA, PKR and PKL. Given that I had always shot the film never minding about details such as production run numbers, dates et al, I need some assistance here. So...would anyone out there in Kodachrome Project-land be able to provide me with this information? I am, of course, looking for items in what could reasonably be deemed "collectible condition."
