It worked a couple of weeks ago. It could be that traffic from this site or elsewhere has forced them to move it and save bandwidth.

Default Last Kodachrome Production Runs

Does anyone out there in Kodachrome Projectland have an unshot roll of the last batch of KPA 35mm - in its original packaging (in "collectible" condition) - that they would be interested in selling? I have a roll of each of the last runs of KM, KR and KL and would like to complete my K14 set. If so, and you are interested in selling, please drop me a PM.

Regards,

BLK

An unusual 1956 Kodachrome box (with stereo processing and mounting included), currently on Ebay - search for item no. 400210409354 .

jcbenner:

How about an update and a repost? Better still: have you given any consideration to creating a poster of the 35mm boxes?

Default Kodachrome Packaging Iterations

Since there have been no responses to my offloading of my frozen Kodachrome stash, I'd like to try a new tact: Would folks out there who collect Kodachrome memorabilia be interested in trading Kodachrome-related stuff? i.e. Kodachrome film boxes (35mm, etc).

An update: My freezer has been emptied of all Kodachrome (140+ rolls): what was not given away (a few items were subsequently traded to other nostalgic types) was "off-loaded" to an adventurous type who has opted to explore the wonderful world of cross-processing. I awoke one am, tired of waiting post-K14, and decided to clean house...

KR4myF2AS well I only had one roll left when processing stopped so I kept and am still keeping it in the freezer. After reading your post, the thought came to my mind that whoever cleans out my house will casually toss it out with everything else they see to be of no use.

So, a surprise: Cleaning out (defrosting, actually) my deep-freeze a while back, I found a Ziplock with some 25 rolls of Kodachrome within. Said baggie included a brick of one of the last runs of KM, a couple of rolls of KL and about a dozen rolls of some of the last runs of KR (2007,2009, 2010). So...returning to the "offer" made above: If anyone is interested in trading Kodachrome memorabilia, PM me and we'll see if we can't do a deal.
