Only four weeks left for those of us with any process paid kodachrome left to get it to Lausanne
![]() As we approach the end of Kodachrome processing here are some things forum members might be interested in. Firstly, the Association of Photographers (AOP) in the UK is planning an exhibition of Kodachrome images to celebrate the end of the era. Anyone may submit images for consideration, not just AOP members. The closing date is Friday 12th November 2010. Details can be found by downloading the Call for Submissions Form from this link: http://gallery.the-aop.org/Downloads.../p13_fileid/64 Someone else interested in the end of Kodachrome is the BBC's picture editor Phil Coombes, who is inviting people to send him their "final frame" on kodachrome - he plans to publish a selection of them via his blog on the BBC website at the end of the year, details here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/photoblog...countdown.html Also, in case anyone is not already aware, Phil Combes is publishing one Kodachrome image a day for 64 weeks in a project he calls 64x64, you can see it here: http://www.64x64.co.uk/ |
